Page states a 260-ft total drop (175-ft upper plunge + 85-ft lower plunge) reached by a 0.3-mile gravel path from the Laurel House Road parking area to an observation platform, with a warning not to hike beyond the platform. Note: DEC has permanently closed the lower Route 23A/Molly Smith Rd trailhead and parking for safety; the falls remain accessible via the Laurel House Road, Scutt Road, and Kaaterskill Rail Trail trailheads used for this entry.
